Manager – Sales & Business Development

Position Description: We are looking for a self-motivated, result oriented and highly dedicated sales resource who knows how to create and grab every possible business opportunity. Expanding AllMiles' presence will be your prime responsibility. Being a sales & business development manager you will have to gain in depth understanding of the solution, customers, competition, market and potential risks and opportunities in the market. Working Closely with the business and strategy heads, your every action should move us ahead towards establishing AllMiles' in a position of market leader.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for your city/region to meet business targets
  • Develop a deep understanding of product as well as the employee transportation space
  • Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding sales progress and challenges to transportation automation in your geography
  • Establish the AllMiles' brand in assigned area

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field. MBA in sales & marketing will be a Plus
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales/business development engagements
  • If you have an experience of working with start-ups it will be a key advantage
  • Experience in transport domain, knowledge of Saas & Automation technologies
  • Excellent Presentation skills, Excellent written, spoken & Customer engagement skill
  • Action oriented having Strong mindset to work in challenging environment to meet the business targets
